About me

This resource is maintained for archival purposes (courtesy of the NLP unit of the insight research centre for data analytics) and it may present outdated contents. For recent information please visit this site.

I pursue research in the area of natural language processing and computational linguistics (distributional semantic models, terminology extraction, and information extraction). For my Ph.D. research at the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG), I employed distributional models for building a referential model of kind-sort in specialised corpora (i.e., the task of extracting co-hyponym terms in a knowledge domain).
